Fees for Surrogacy

FERTILITY BRIDGES SURROGATE MATCH FEES

$4,500 per Surrogate match with Intended Parents

Financial Assurance:

If the Surrogate does not complete the IVF transfer, then you may apply your match fee to a new Surrogate at no additional charge.

Additional Fees Charged by Other Companies (approximate):

These are fees and services you will procure on your own.

$4,500: Third Party Coordination Fees.

Most clinics do not provide Third Party Reproductive Coordination Services for Surrogate Cycle Coordination and support for the entire pregnancy for the entire year. You should pay for those services separately. Most Surrogates prefer to have this type of intermediary during their Surrogacy and proceeding without it can be detrimental to the cycle's success and the overall emotional health of the Surrogate and Intended Parents. We do not recommend you proceed without it, however it is your financial choice.

$3,000-$4,000: Legal Fees

Legal Fees for your third party reproductive legal agreement between you and your Surrogate. You must hire attorneys that specialize in reproductive law.

$7,000+: Surrogate Medical Insurance

If your Surrogate doesn't have personal insurance that will cover Surrogacy then you will have to obtain insurance from a reputable company.

$3,000-$4,000: Travel Expenses

For non-local Surrogates. Booked either by you or your Third Party Coordintor.

$25,000-$35,000: IVF Clinic Fees

$3,000-$4,000: IVF Monitoring Fees for non-local Surrogat.

$4,000-$6,000: Surrogate Medication Costs

$20,000-$35,000: Surrogate Fee

Fee should be paid through a bonded and insured escrow company.

Surrogate Match Process

After Intended Parents have selected a Surrogate from the Fertility Bridges Surrogate Database, Intended Parents must pay the match fee. Once this is received, Fertility Bridges will provide the name and contact information of the Surrogate to the Intended Parents so they can communicate directly.

Intended Parents then have the responsibility of working with their IVF Doctor and clinic to find out if a third party coordinator is required to coordinate the surrogacy. Not all clinics are capable of handling the complexities of a surrogacy cycle without help.

Email us at contact@fertilitybridges.com if you would like a list of third party coordinators or a list of IVF Clinics who can coordinate your cycle without requiring you to hire a separate third party coordinator. We can not guarantee the service of any third party we may list, so perform your own due diligence.

Your clinic will require you to hire an attorney who specializes in reproductive law to draft a legal contract between you and your Surrogate. Ask your doctor for a referral or email us if you need one.

Whether you need a Surrogate Coordinator or not, we do recommend that you use a licensed, bonded and insurance Escrow Company to handle payment to your Surrogate for her fees and medical expenses. Allison McCloskey Escrow has experience working with Surrogacy Cycles and has been in business 50 years. Please perform your own due diligence since we can not guarantee their service.
